Nice pillow cases. They work nicely on my L shaped Huga pillow. After one wash they softened up nicely and seem substantial. Well made as far as seams and details.
I bought these pillow cases as extras for the matching bed sheet set I bought for my son's room. Overall, these are great especially for a kids room. As you see in the attached picture, there is a slight string hanging that I snipped off. It didn't unravel further after washing. This the only reason I gave it four stars. These sheet set and pillowcases are soft. I would use these for my bed. They aren't the best quality, but you definitely get your moneys worth.
The Adubor Silk Pillowcase is so soft and silky, feels wonderful against my skin. I love the fact that it has a zipper, which is hidden, so the pillowcase stays on the pillow. The silk helps keep the pillowcase cool all night which is great for me as I sleep hot.For me the price is a bit high for one standard pillowcase but we are talking silk.Great item, okay price, worth a try!
This was a great buy. Washes well, color and comfort exceptional. Keeps it looking fresh
They were a great price. I was just looking for a couple of extra pillow cases and they fit very well. They are very thin cotton fabric, like a broadcloth. Nice print. But a few of my pillows have and alternate colored gusset, I can not use these cases on those pillows. A great purchase for the price I paid.
Gorgeous heavy silk pillowcase and it has an invisible zipper to keep the pillow within the case. I am not an expert but this is my second silk pillowcase and what surprised me most was that it is cool in summer and warm in winter. But, the main feature is how it benefits hair and skin providing no friction to irritate skin or frizz hair. Although I have a lot of hair it has a thin curly texture and easily can frizz, break and tangle—using a silk pillowcase makes a definite difference. This particular pillow case is stated to be 100 percent 22 momme mulberry silk that has a substantial weight and a beautiful luster. To protect longevity I hand wash silk and am careful not to twist or wring the fabric because it is easy to damage. I also use cool water and a mild detergent designed for the purpose, gently press between two towels to remove excess moisture and dry flat. There is nothing that feels like silk and so I treat it with care. A small indulgence.
These are very nice pillow cases for a reasonable price. They are not overly thick cotton, but feel very smooth and won't make you uncomfortable like microfiber ones.
Nice for the money. Bought to match sheet set that I'm still waiting on. Amazon had notified me in advance of the delay which was fine with me. BUT, the extra pillow cases did arrive on time. BEWARE, the beautiful, calming color that showes on the site is sooo much darker than what you see. The color is more like a dark tangerine! Not as soothing as I was hoping for.
This silk pillowcase is advertised as 23 momme. I can’t tell the difference between this and my other silk pillowcase that’s advertised as 22 momme. They both feel wonderful, and are significantly thicker than the silk shirts I had in the ‘80s.Nothing on the pillowcase identifies this as Adubor brand. The label says Sleep Beautifully, which could be a brand name or a motto. I suspect that these Sleep Beautifully pillowcases are sold under multiple brand names.I machine washed it in a delicates bag with the rest of my laundry, and hung it to dry. For an ultra comfortable sleep experience, I put it in my memory foam pillow, which has its own fabric cover. I just put this silk pillowcase over the fabric cover of the pillow. I got the silk pillowcase in white, which is sheer, meaning I can see the blue stripes of my pillow fabric through it. I don’t mind this, although if I did I suppose I could put a cotton pillowcase under the silk pillowcase. I suspect that a darker silk pillowcase would look more opaque. It feels very silky of course, so it’s very comfortable. It tends to slide around the bed more than a cotton pillowcase would, but I don’t mind.I can’t say it’s made my skin or hair noticeably more beautiful, but it is very comfortable, so I’m happy with it.
I like them, they fit pillows perfectly.
Nice, soft, but a little on the thin side. Bought it for my king pillow that I use as a body pillow and it fits perfect. Bought matching standard cases for my regular pillows. My husband likes his pillow cases to stay cool throughout the night since his head gets hot when he’s sleeping. He said these aren’t cool but don’t get too hot either.
I have very sensitive skin and especially wearing an N95 mask all day has resulted in frequent irritation and completion flair-ups. I wanted to experiment to see if sleeping on silk might calm my facial skin and result in more rejuvenated skin from less abrasion from the Egyptian cotton cases I presently use. I actually expected silk to be more slippery and shiny which I feared might seem awkward, slipping off of! These are thinner than the high thread count cotton cases I use and love but still substantial enough. The zipper keeps the pillow contained inside which might have posed a problem ejecting out otherwise. I turn the temperature down at night since cool sleeping is supposed to be most restful and I live in a warm climate, so the pillows now do feel nice and cool and inviting. I think the key to preventing facial blemishes, at least as it relates to bedding, is to wash your pillows cases more frequently than most people might actually do, as in, every few days. I normally have several sets I rotate using and just throw the ones I just used in the washer on a gentle cycle and forget about. These are high maintenance items requiring hand washing, so if you want to keep them clean and pristine plan on hand washing them at least twice a week or more. I've been using Woolite and since they don't get really soiled it only takes a few minutes. but then you must place them between towels to blot or just fold them over a bar or hanger in the shower to dry. I do have a small pedestal washer for smaller loads as well, so might try throwing them in there set on gentle and cold water, and might risk air drying in the dryer on the most gently setting to automate things a bit more. Price wise, these are not cheap, but are in line with what silk does cost. My cotton cases cost as much but have already lasted several years and I'm not sure the silk, being more fragile by nature might not have that longevity, but we'll see. I believe in having less things but higher quality, and that bedding is one area of getting the highest quality you can afford from the mattress to the pillows as well as sheets and pillow cases. You spend a third of your life in there and especially now, quality sleep is key to keeping your immune system strong. So, yes, I can recommend these so far and they are easier on your skin. Just be prepared to have a bit more maintenance involved than you would with cotton.
I was highly impressed by this purchase. I typically wash all items before sleeping on them and even before I did that the material was soft. Will be making more purchases.
I bought these in what was said to be an Emerald color, if which they most definitely are not. I kept them as they go well enough with the printed sheets I intended to use them with as i have four pillows, not two. They are easy to care for, haven't wrinkled, and after a washing or two, are decently soft for the price.
Love these! Tried several others but these were the best. I will purchase more. Great value for the money.
Very nice for the price
I don't know if this is just one time or not, but there was a smudge mark on each one of my two pillowcases. I am including a picture that, I think, shows this enough. Please check on the quality control of the shipping and packaging of this product. That is what I would advise. Maybe an "Inspector Number 9" type of thing would be a good program for it.
It is exactly as advertised. Love my pillow case
Basic well made pillow cases
The pillow cases are relatively wrinkle-free and are soft to the touch, however they are a little too short to properly cover a queen pillow. One or two inches longer would be good. It was really hard trying to find teal pillow cases, I wanted cotton but couldn't find the right color, so settled for these, which are polyester. They are OK, I'm giving them 4 starts because they were very inexpensive, so the value for the dollar is definitely there.
